Review card questions
Do customers need an app?
No. iPhone XS and newer, and most Android phones with NFC switched on, read the card automatically. The customer taps, and your Google review page opens in their browser or Google Maps.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The cards work with any NFC-enabled phone. That includes iPhone XS and every iPhone since, plus most modern Android phones, with no app needed.
What if a customer's phone can't tap?
We can add a QR code to your cards too, so customers whose phone doesn't support NFC can simply scan it with their camera.
How do you set the cards up?
Just tell us your business name. We find your Google review link and programme every card for you, so they work straight out of the box.
Is asking for Google reviews allowed?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. Just don't offer anything in return for a review, and ask every customer rather than only the ones you expect to be happy.
How many cards do I need?
One per place customers pay or finish with you: each till, reception desk, salon station or work van. Most cafes, restaurants and salons go for 3. Larger shops and trade teams go for 5.
Is it a subscription?
No. Review cards are a one-off price: £15 for 1 card, £35 for 3 cards or £50 for 5 cards.
